Mantra of the Day: Be Your Own Guru
Don’t take anything for granted, unless it makes sense for you. Don’t believe any words, however old and noble they may sound, unless they feels right to your heart. Learn by experience. Try. Make mistakes. Never stop to growing and expanding. Take a new path, to change it later on. There are no right or wrong. Be your own guru.
Mantra of the Day: Don’t Resist What Is
Your circumstances are the way they are. There is no point in getting angry, sad or depressed about them. Accept that it is what it is. Once you stop resisting or wishing something would be different you let yourself have the space necessary to make the changes necessary to take a new direction.

Low expectations are often a self-fulfilling prophecy. We insulate ourselves from failure, don’t try as hard, brace for the worst and often get it.
High expectations, on the other hand, will inevitably lead to disappointment. Keep raising what…
I absolutely live by the no expectation approach to life, give it your all and then see what happens. More often than not, I am pleasantly, happily and gratefully surprised at what comes my way.

Agreed. Remaining angry at somebody for some perceived wrong doing only hurts your heart or stomach or wherever you hold your pain. Often the perpetrator has no idea! Forgive, let go, carry on.

Absolutely. Take responsibility for your own life and do not blame others, eg. your parents, they did the best they could as did their parents and so on. Woman up! :)

Mantra of the Day: Take the Leap
Yes it takes effort to make your dream happen. It takes some organization and a bit of planning to make space for yoga, meditation, writing or whatever changes you want to make into your life, but stop making yourself miserable when you can shine and live the life the way you dream. Take the leap. Don’t let your fears stop you from living the life you want.
Amen :)
